What is Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)?
Definition and origin of NLP
NLP emerged in the 1970s in the United States. It was invented by Richard Bandler and John Grinder, a linguist and a neuropsychologist respectively.
The term " programming " refers to all our internal learning processes and our sequences of neural operations inherent to our functioning.
Communication (language) at the level of our five senses (neurology) reflects this functioning: it is “ neuro linguistics ”.
NLP has its place in all disciplines where it is a question of exchanging, learning or changing.
So, NLP consists of:
- Analysis and reproduction of human excellence
- Modeling and integration of new behaviors
- Awareness of relationships with oneself, others and the world

Neuro Linguistic Programming in energetic terms.
* Basic Level
5-point objective
Objective : Progress towards a specific objective, by modifying one's perception of reality through awareness of points of development
Self-anchoring
Objective : To find and replace a positive resource state that is easy to activate
Simple anchoring
Association between an external stimulus and an internal reaction
Objective : Instantly activate a positive state through multisensory and physiological evocation and “kinesthetic anchoring”
Mental preparation
Goal : To prepare to be your best self in terms of energy for a specific event in the future
Dream Identification
Objective : You project into your future, starting 5 years from today, then from these 5 years, back to the present by going to minus 2 years, then from these minus 2 years back to minus 2 years again
* Technician Level
Interference
Objective : To transform an experience that still affects you when you think about it, by playing with the modalities (the content) and with the Submodalities (the structure of the experience)
The accumulation of positive anchors
Objective : Create or replace a positive state by anchoring two experiences through multisensory and physiological evocation
6-point cropping
Objective : To modify negative repetitive internal behavior based on 2 principles Important: the notion of positive intention or hidden intelligence
Life change resilience
Objective : - Treatment at the source of a regularly disturbing emotional state
- Improvement of a repetitive limiting emotion.
- Specify the problem and update similar previous experiences on the timeline
Simple dissociation
Objective : Transform the perception of a past situation (repair) or a future situation (Preparation)
Disabling negative anchors
Objective : To transform a negative memory that creates a disproportionate emotional reaction and excessive behaviors
The SWISH
Objective : Transform a striking image that affects you emotionally (visual shock), in order to create a new automatism at the level of the Right Brain that is more comfortable for the preconscious part
Double dissociation
Objective : - Treatment of Trauma and Significant Problems
- Improvement of a repetitive situation.
Negotiation of the parties
Objective : - Create internal alliances by integrating parts of the personality in disagreement or conflict
- This technique allows you to switch to a cooperative mode.
* Practitioner Level
* Personal Experience Level
Hopscotch of beliefs
Objective : Modification of a limiting belief at the limbic level through different emotional baths
Change of life story
Objective : - Treatment at the source of the cause of a regular disturbing emotional state
- Improvement of a repetitive limiting emotion
-Specify problems and update similar past experiences on the timeline
Our benchmark
Objective : To know all the visible and invisible factors that compose it and that influence it in order to control them.
